| List of Special Considerations: We are designing an In-Bound Roaming solution using LEO back haul for Native Villages in Alaska which have not had cell coverage since the 3G turn down. Using the granted HNI along with the Tribes assigned 2.5GHz spectrum will allow Tribal members to once again communicate easily inside and outside the villages. Tribal Resolutions will be acquired for proper permission to run the solution on the Tribes assigned 2.5GHz spectrum This design also takes into account for local calling in the village even in the case of back haul failures to allow Tribe members to continue to communicate but more important allowing the Village Public Safety Officers (VPSO) to respond in timely fashion all the time. |
