| List of Special Considerations: Tampa Electric has entered into an agreement to lease private spectrum from Anterix (see attachment from Anterix confirming the lease details). Tampa Electric has contracted with Ericsson to provide LTE infrastructure to enable wireless operations across Tampa Electric's service territory. Tampa Electric's operational plan for this network includes implementing outbound roaming where Tampa Electric's wireless devices roam onto public carrier networks during times of planned system maintenance as well as unplanned outages. Tampa Electric may also pursue using roaming capabilities to better support "mutual aid" activities, where other utilities travel to Tampa Electric's service territory during times of catastrophe to help restore service to Tampa Electric's customers; in a similar manner, Tampa Electric may also provide mutual aid to other utilities and would benefit from being able to roam onto other utility networks. |
